Partner Enablement Manager – Ahmedabad, India Enable partners. Drive demand. Accelerate growth. We’re looking for a Partner Enablement Manager to design and deliver programs that educate, equip, and activate our solution partners, resellers, and marketplace partners (Atlassian, AWS, etc.). This role ensures partners are confident in positioning, selling, and supporting our solutions—directly fueling engagement and revenue growth . What you’ll do: Build and manage enablement programs: onboarding, playbooks, product training, and demos. Deliver partner education via live sessions and self-serve content. Collaborate with Partner Sales, Product Marketing, and Field Marketing to close enablement gaps. Manage and optimize partner resource hubs/portals for easy access to content. Track and analyze partner engagement to improve enablement effectiveness. What you’ll bring: 5+ years in partner enablement, channel marketing, or sales/product marketing (B2B SaaS). Experience working with solution partners, resellers, or cloud marketplaces. Strong project management and communication skills. Familiarity with enablement tools (Highspot, Seismic, LMS), CRM (Salesforce), and collaboration platforms (Confluence, Notion). Bonus points for: Experience enabling partners in Atlassian or AWS Marketplace ecosystems. Understanding of channel/marketplace GTM motions.
