Essential Qualifications Bachelor's Degree: A degree in a relevant field, such as marketing, psychology, sociology, or communications. 2+ Years of Experience: Previous experience in participant recruitment, market research, or a related field. Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage with diverse groups of people. Organizational and Time Management Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results. Preferred Qualifications Master's Degree: A graduate degree in a relevant field, such as marketing, psychology, sociology, or communications. 3+ Years of Experience: Previous experience in participant recruitment, market research, or a related field, with a proven track record of success. Certifications: Relevant certifications, such as Certified Market Research Analyst (CMRA) or Certified Research Associate (CRA).
