Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
At least 2 years of experience in email marketing or related roles
Proficiency with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot)
Strong understanding of marketing automation and CRM systems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to analyze and interpret email marketing metrics
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Responsibilities
Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to promote our services
Segment email lists based on user engagement and demographics
Create and test email templates to optimize engagement and conversions
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights
Collaborate with the content team to align email campaigns with content strategies
Ensure all email campaigns comply with current email best practices and regulations
Manage and update the email marketing calendar
