As an instructor, you will teach customized online classes, offering tailored learning experiences. Our platform operates 24/7, with peak times aligning with US daytime hours (7am-10pm EST), allowing you to choose your own schedule and maintain a healthy work-life balance.
Compensation and Benefits
Start at (16 per hour, with guaranteed rate increases every 500 teaching hours, up to )25 per hour.
Flexible schedulingset your own hours.
All teaching materials provided; paid for a full 30 minutes per class, even if its only 25 minutes long.
Coverage for student no-shows and last-minute cancellations.
Ongoing training and development opportunities.
No penalties for lateness, time off, or technical issues.

Qualifications
At least two years of ESL or Pronunciation teaching experience.
Proficiency with Skype Video Calls and a stable internet connection with a minimum upload speed of 5MB/s.
One of the following credentials:
TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certificate
Bachelors degree in Linguistics/English
Vocal-related degree or certification
