Job Summary We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Part-Time Merchandiser to service the American Greetings Department in retail locations, primarily at WALMART, 782 E INTERSTATE 30, ROCKWALL, TX, 75087. The ideal candidate will be available during daytime hours, specifically Monday mornings, and will be able to work in a fast-paced retail environment. This is a remote-friendly part-time opportunity with a competitive hourly rate and flexible scheduling. Key Responsibilities Merchandise and maintain all product displays within the greeting card department as well as other areas of the store as needed. Work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment, utilizing excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently. Build strong relationships with retail store associates and management during daytime retail business hours. Use a company-provided tablet to perform basic job functions, such as reviewing weekly service and tasks, inventory functions, time entry, and more. Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive hourly rate of $13.10, with two scheduled increases during the first year of employment: After 6 months of employment, the pay rate will increase to $13.80. After 1 year of continued employment, the pay rate will increase to $14.50. In addition to the competitive pay, we provide: Flexible work scheduling to accommodate your needs. Essential Qualifications To be considered for this role, you must: Be at least 18 years old. Be able to speak, read, write, and understand English. Have access to reliable internet to receive critical job information and updates. Be able to meet scheduling needs, including occasional weekends and the day before and after major holidays. Preferred Qualifications While not required, previous experience in retail, customer service, or merchandising is a plus.
