As a part-time Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in delivering top-tier support to our clients, helping them create spaces that reflect their identity, needs, and values. You'll be the voice of Wayfair, working closely with clients to resolve post-order issues, such as shipping queries, damages, returns, substitutions, assembly services, and order notifications. About the Role As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling a high volume of customer contacts, including inbound calls, chats, and emails. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, requiring minimal downtime between consecutive calls during your shift. Your primary goal will be to exceed customer satisfaction, meet client care efficiency metrics, and perform various tasks as assigned. Handle an expected 50-60 calls per shift, responding professionally and empathetically to client concerns. Listen effectively to understand client issues and utilize internal resources to find the best solution. De-escalate client concerns by balancing their needs with business options while maintaining a calm demeanor. Issue-tackle with a first-contact resolution approach, thinking critically to resolve client issues. Be informed and multitask, navigating multiple programs, tabs, tools, and screens to quickly and effectively respond to queries. Raise foundational issues to identify areas for improvement and share trends with leadership. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: A High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent. The ability to read, write, and understand Spanish and English. Knowledge of working within Windows Operating Systems or equivalent. Availability for 8 hours per shift, with a commitment to being on time and present for your full shift every day. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following skills and experience will be a plus: Previous customer service experience, particularly in an e-commerce environment. Proficiency in multiple languages. Technical skills, such as navigating multiple software systems and tools.
