About the Role This part-time position requires a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to work from home for 20 hours per week, within the hours of Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be the face of our company, building strong relationships with our clients, understanding their unique needs, and delivering exceptional service that exceeds their expectations. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and concerns, providing personalized support and solutions. Fulfill requests and answer questions from internal and external customers in a timely and professional manner. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and electronic channels, ensuring prompt resolution of queries. Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external clients, consistently meeting or exceeding service standards. Manage customer portfolios effectively, organizing workflow to meet customers' time frames and demands. Perform data entry of client information, electronic filing, and retrieval of documents with accuracy and attention to detail. Navigate multiple databases quickly and accurately to retrieve and update information as needed. Research, analyze, review, and process legal documents with precision, recommending process improvements where applicable. Maintain and grow existing customer business by providing outstanding service and proactively offering appropriate services. Essential Qualifications and Skills To succeed in this role, you will need: Previous experience working in a customer service or administrative capacity, with a proven track record of delivering excellent service. An energetic and self-starting approach, thriving in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of your work. Strong prioritization and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively. Flexibility and agility in responding to changing customer needs and priorities. Problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze issues and develop effective solutions. Strong computer skills and proficiency in MS Office, Word, and Excel. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft clear and compelling messages.
