Job Description:We are looking for a talented Oracle SCM Cloud - Manufacturing Solution Architect to join our team. What You'll do:Acts as a senior architect for medium to large projects or a program of projects and may participate in an oversight or design capacityAssumes a leadership position within the architect community and effectively utilizes the collaboration infrastructure to improve solution qualityand project team effectivenessLead Oracle Manufacturing, Inventory, Costing, Order Management, Planning functional tracks on ERP Cloud engagementsEngage with clients and lead workshops to define business requirements and present industry best practicesConduct gap analysis between delivered functionality and client requirements and ability to recommend solutionsProvide subject matter expertise in Oracle Manufacturing, Inventory, Costing, Supply Chain Planning in Cloud Applications. Able to design and set-up the system to meet desired business process and requirementsWorks collaboratively with project team and client employees to develop, test, and implement Oracle Clouds solutions. Develop testing scenarios, test scripts and leading teams in unit, integration and acceptance testingFacilitate training and knowledge transferEngage in presales, innovations and practice development activitiesORACLE CLOUD MODULES:Oracle ManufacturingInventoryCostingDemand PlanningSupply PlanningGlobal Order PromisingWHAT YOU'LL BRING:8-10+ years of Oracle ERP implementation experience in Oracle Cloud & EBS operating at an Architect levelExperience providing Inventory, Costing, Support, Supply Chain Planning and Manufacturing execution processes managed within ERP and advancedplanning systemsHands-on experience in leading and implementing end-to-end core Supply Chain Solutions pertaining to (Manufacturing, order management,procurement, shipping, and sound knowledge of WMS, Logistics and Production Scheduling. Expert understanding of Manufacturing, Production Planning and Scheduling: Planned Orders, Expedite Orders, Work Orders, Work Centers, CapacityConstraintsDeep working knowledge of Manufacturing, Inventory, Costing, Supply Planning Exceptions and Exceptions HandlingMonitor key supply chain metrics, such as inventory levels, order fill rates, lead times, and supplier performance, and make recommendations forimprovementsWork with Supply Chain to develop and implement inventory and planning strategies to support both supply and demand planningCompleted multiple Oracle Cloud implementationsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with a diverse group of peopleCapability to work independently, take initiative with minimal supervision yet can participate as a team member with a willingness to help where neededExcellent verbal and written communication, active listening, interpersonal skills, organized and detailed orientedCloud Certifications in one or more Oracle SCM ApplicationsAbility to adapt to new projects quickly with a can-do, jump-right-in attitude Apply to this job
