**Description**:
As an Operations Support Manager at Disney, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day support operations within the company, ensuring that all support activities are executed efficiently and effectively. You will collaborate with various departments to enhance operational systems, processes, and best practices. Your role will involve planning, managing, and implementing support strategies that contribute to long-term operational excellence.
Responsibilities will include managing a team of support staff, analyzing operational data to project future needs and plans, and ensuring compliance with internal standards and external regulations. A focus on continuous improvement will be crucial, as you will be expected to regularly propose enhancements to systems and processes based on data-driven insights.

4. Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal policies and guidelines.
5. Collaborate with HR to recruit, train, and mentor operations support staff.
6. Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, decisions, and contracts.
7. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and customer-centricity.
**Requirements**:
1. Proven experience in operations management or a similar role.
2. Strong leadership skills and experience in team management.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to analyze data and use insights to improve processes.
5. Knowledge of industry standards and compliance regulations.
6. Proficient in using Microsoft Office and operations-related software.
7. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
