Draft, edit, and distribute internal memos, newsletters, and external press releases. Compile and maintain program activity and operational reports. Support OKR (Objectives and Key Results) tracking and summarise performance data. Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and generate financial reports. Policy Advocacy and Institutional Engagement (30%)Assist in advancing plant-based dietary policies and sustainable food initiatives. Support the development of partnerships with institutions, encouraging plant-based meal adoption. Assist in organising campaigns, events, and workshops to promote sustainable eatingqualificationsRequired:At least 1-2 years of professional experience in a relevant role (business administration, business operations, Bachelor’s degree in sustainability, business administration, communications, or a related field. Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail. Experience with performance tracking, reporting, and budgeting tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficient written skills in Malay. Passion for plant-based advocacy and sustainability. Ability to thrive in a dynamic, mission-driven environment. Preferred:Prior experience in advocacy, NGOs, SDGs, ESG or food sustainability initiatives.
