Sunrise,FL - USA Position Requirements The Manager of Operational Excellence will play a critical role in driving process improvement and leveraging analytics to maximize business value. This position will focus on enhancing operational efficiencies, reducing costs, and improving patient outcomes. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of healthcare operations, and a passion for continuous improvement. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES • Lead and manage operational excellence initiatives to drive process improvement across the organization. • Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency, reduce waste, and improve the quality of patient care. • Utilize data analytics to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for improvement. • Monitor the effectiveness of implemented process changes using key performance indicators (KPIs). • Develop and maintain documentation of processes, policies, and procedures. • Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership to inform strategic decision-making. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS • 3-5 years of experience in process improvement, data analytics, and Lean methodologies. • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI). • Intrinsic communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams. • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on consistently delivering quality work product. • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, industrial engineering, or a related field. • Articulate and influential public speaker. DESIRED/PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS • Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate. • Microsoft Office Specialist: Microsoft Excel Expert. • Studies in data science, data analytics, and/or database management.
