Key Responsibilities • Perform accurate and fast typing of documents, reports, and data from handwritten notes, scanned images, or audio recordings. • Input data into spreadsheets, content management systems, or proprietary software while ensuring minimal errors. • Review and proofread typed content to maintain quality and consistency. • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company data protection policies. • Meet daily or weekly typing targets without compromising accuracy. • Communicate with supervisors and team leads to report progress, issues, or receive feedback. • Assist in organizing files, managing document flow, and streamlining processes as needed. Required Skills and Qualifications • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Word, Excel, or similar typing platforms. • Ability to type at a speed of at least 35–40 words per minute with high accuracy. • Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors quickly. • Good command of the English language (reading and writing). • Time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines. • Self-motivated and able to work independently. • Reliable internet connection and access to a computer or laptop. • Prior experience is not required; training will be provided.
