Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner
Resolve customer issues and concerns with empathy and understanding
Provide accurate information about products and services
Utilize problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
Meet and exceed customer satisfaction and chat performance metrics
Requirements:
0-2 years of customer service experience (chat experience a plus)
High school diploma or equivalent required
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
Basic knowledge of computer software and technology
Strong attention to detail and customer service skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with chat software and technology
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
Certification in customer service (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative)
Experience working in a call center or customer service environment
