Job Summary
Join Delta Airlines as an Onboard Attendant! This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of $45,000 – $55,000 annually. Employees will work a flexible schedule, averaging 40 hours per week. Job Description
As an Onboard Attendant at Delta Airlines, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experience for our passengers. You will interact with customers, deliver exceptional service, and uphold Delta’s commitment to excellence. Your role is vital in maintaining the high standards of our onboard service and contributing to the overall success of the flight experience.
Responsibilities
– Greet passengers warmly and assist them with boarding and deplaning.
– Conduct safety demonstrations and ensure compliance with all safety regulations.
– Serve meals, beverages, and snacks, addressing any special dietary requirements.
– Respond to passenger inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns during the flight.
– Maintain cleanliness and organization in the cabin throughout the flight.
– Work collaboratively with the flight crew to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
– High school diploma or equivalent.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
– Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
– Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Educational Qualifications
– High School Diploma or GED required.
– Additional certifications in customer service or hospitality are a plus.
Experience
– Previous experience in customer service or a hospitality-related field is preferred but not mandatory.
