Responsibilities: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, and other communication channels. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to orders, returns, subscriptions, and account management. Provide accurate information about Nuuly’s products, services, and policies. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve more complex customer concerns. Deliver exceptional customer experiences that align with Nuuly’s values and brand voice. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using our customer relationship management (CRM) system. Identify patterns in customer feedback to suggest improvements to processes or services.
