Required Skills and Experience: • High school diploma or equivalent. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Basic computer proficiency and ability to work across multiple systems. • Typing speed of at least 35 words per minute. • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. • Quiet and distraction-free workspace for remote roles.
