NDA Attorney

The role focuses on drafting and negotiating non-disclosure agreements for transactions in accordance with client guidelines, requiring effective communication and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. Responsibilities J.D required Must be barred in NY 3.0 cumulative GPA At least one year of experience with drafting and negotiating NDAs or other similar commercial agreements at a law firm or financial institution Ability to work extended hours as needed Proven ability to meet, and experience with meeting, tight deadlines, assume significant responsibilities, and see multiple projects with simultaneous, competing deadlines through to their conclusion Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Effective interpersonal and written communication skills, including ability to prepare written memoranda and correspondence Excellent oral business communication skills, including experience with making and taking phone, video, and conference calls.
