We're looking for a Marketing Project Associate with strong project management experience and cross-channel marketing expertise to help enhance our output and keep campaigns, content planning, and timelines on track. What You’ll Do- Act as a tactical extension of the Marketing Project Manager, helping coordinate and execute campaigns across multiple marketing channels: email, web, social, SEO, Google Ads, paid ads, events, partnerships, etc.-Turn briefs into task lists and timelines; ensure deliverables ship on schedule across email, web, social, paid media, events, and partner channels.- Track timelines, deliverables, and marketing tasks in project management tools (Jira or similar).- Assist in managing internal and external contributors (e.g., design contractors, partners, agencies).- QA, build, and manage marketing assets and web updates to ensure accuracy and brand consistency.- Monitor performance reporting via HubSpot and Google Analytics.- Manage marketing documentation, asset folders, and SOPs in shared drives.- Provide weekly progress updates and summaries to keep the team aligned.- Organize content calendars and support scheduling for blogs, newsletters, and social media.- Creative work, like content planning, asset creation feedback, and copywriting.- Proactively flag blockers, clarify details, and ensure no task falls through the cracks.
