Marketing Operations Manager

As their Marketing Operations Manager, you’ll be the engine behind their client service delivery: managing project timelines, coordinating internal teams, communicating with clients, and ensuring everything gets done efficiently, accurately, and on time. Think ClickUp boards, quality checks, deadline chasing, and smooth client communications—not writing social posts or brainstorming ad campaigns. You’ll collaborate closely with their writing and creative teams to keep projects moving, people aligned, and clients delighted.
