Manager, People Technology Integrations
DoorDash is seeking a Manager of People Technology Integrations to build and improve the technology landscape supporting their growing workforce. This role will focus on integrating work systems, driving efficiency, and ensuring data security. The manager will collaborate with multiple teams and act as a hub for people-related data. Requirements • 8+ years of experience with at least 5 years managing HR systems teams. • Deep expertise in Workday, with strong knowledge of HCM, Compensation, Absence, Time Tracking, and Recruitment. • Hands-on experience with Workday Studio, APIs, EIB, Core Connectors, Payroll connectors, and middleware tools. • Experience scaling IT/HR Systems functions through process, tooling, hiring, and sourcing. • Experience with iPaaS/middleware (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi, Workato) to complement Workday-native tools. • Experience with Scrum/Agile methodology and Jira stories/epics. • Strong experience with InfoSec principles, data governance, and audit readiness. • Proven change leadership skills. • Experience with a combination of process, tooling, hiring, and sourcing strategies.
