Manager of ABA Therapy: RBT Level( Hybrid Remote: Local to Area Required) - Child Communication and Behavior Specialists - Antioch, CA - work from home job Company: Child Communication and Behavior Specialists Job description: Job Title and Overview Program Manager (Hybrid Remote) The Program Manager at CCBS is a keystone individual who supports the ongoing progress of clients and direct reports. Essential Job Functions Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. • Full-time position including billable and non-billable job duties • Support BCBAs with overall program development, reassessments, graphing and report writing • Work collaboratively with peers, supervisors and supervisees to ensure a supportive, positive, and professional environment • Collect accurate and consistent data on client progress utilizing technology and direct observation • Provide parent training using a combination of didactic and competency-based procedures • Provide direct training and supervision to behavior technicians • Independently maintain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst certification (BCaBA) • Provide and accept ongoing feedback regarding clinical and administrative duties • Plan for and utilize 100% of client recommended treatment hours • Independently manages own calendar and meets established minimum requirements • Communicates schedule needs and changes as clinically appropriate • Meet monthly KPI targets (may fluctuate dependent on company needs and employee's non-billable duties) • Support newly on-boarded behavior technicians in meeting initial certification requirements • Support RBTs in meeting recertification requirements • Complete ongoing RBT competency checks and monitor supervisee progress on individual quarterly goals • Devise treatment plans and behavior support plans under the guidance of a BCBA • Assess client skill level and impeding challenging behaviors • Collect IOA and treatment fidelity data to ensure quality treatment and client progress • Reports on client progress utilizing accurate, reliable and valid data • Meet with BCBA weekly for ongoing professional development • Follow and master the components of the BCBA Task List • Adhere to company policies and administrative duties • Meets quarterly goals consistently under the guidance and support for a mentoring BCBA • Engages in ongoing professional development • Attend and participate in clinical team meetings, professional development meetings, and conferences • May be expected to attend off-site professional development outside of normal work hours • Available to work during peak client hours (9:00-6:30pm M-F) • Completes mandatory ongoing safety and professional trainings • Complete billing accordingly to insurance codes authorized and submit in designated time frame • Communicate through checking voicemail, text messages and email regularly • Performs other duties as assigned Direct Reports • Behavior Technicians • Registered Behavior Technicians Competencies • Attention to Detail - the ability to see and pay attention to details; the ability to appropriately separate yourself from stressful situations and maintain your own sense of inner peace. • Developing Others - Develops the ability of others to perform and contribute to the organization by providing ongoing feedback and by providing opportunities to learn through formal and informal methods Education and Experience Must meet at least one of the following criteria: • Bachelor's degree AND at least two years of related experience OR • Bachelor's degree AND at least one year of related experience AND 12 semester units of ABA coursework OR • Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) Compensation and Benefits • $32-$40/hour • Up to $1500 for CEU reimbursement per year (may be used for conference fees) in addition to the monthly free CEU events CCBS offers • Paid mileage and drive-time between clients and work-related appointments will be reimbursed at the IRS standard rate • Company Provided Cell Phone and laptop • Medical Insurance Employer Contribution: Employees Over 25 hours a month receive $200.00 per month towards their Medical Insurance premium. • Dental and Vision Insurance plans - Plans are available for employee purchase • Full Time Employees = Medical Insurance Employer Contribution $200.00 per month. • Vacation Pay: 80 Hours for Full-Time employees • Sick Time: 40 Hours for Full-Time employees • Holiday Pay: Full Time Only – 7 days Physical Requirements Reasonable accommodations can be provided to assist or enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the position, upon request. • Must have full physical dexterity/agility or be able to independently position self and perform all movements required (bending, kneeling, computer typing, standing, fetching documents from file cabinets). • Must have sufficient corrected or uncorrected vision to carry out all duties and responsibilities. • Need to be able to lift and carry pediatric population (weight ranging from 5 to 50 lbs).
