**Manager, Customer Experience – Scaling Excellence in Last-Mile Support**

As a core operations team, Drive and NBV Experience plays a vital role in ensuring that when there are bumps in the last mile, there's always someone there to help make things right. Our team owns the customer experience across all inbounds to our support channels, including agents and automations, with the ultimate goal of delivering an outstanding experience as reliably as possible. We're now seeking a seasoned Manager to join our Drive and NBV Experience team, helping us scale to meet arenaflex's rapid expansion while driving a human touch for our consumers. As a strategic problem solver, you'll be responsible for ensuring that a large cross-functional team, including operations, product, and engineering, works together seamlessly to provide an exceptional customer experience. **About the Role** As a Manager, Customer Experience, you'll be at the forefront of driving innovation and excellence in last-mile support. Your key responsibilities will include: * Owning the support quality experience for all relevant audiences, including consumers, merchants, and Dashers * Contributing to the constant improvement of our processes, including streamlining workflows and product development * Working closely with a large array of cross-functional partners, including Product, Analytics, Engineering, Global Support Ops, to create new and innovative solutions * Gaining a high level of visibility from org leadership by leading two fast-growing and strategic areas of the business **What We're Looking For** We're excited to find someone who shares our passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
