We’re looking for a Manager, Channel Sales to be a part of making this happen. About the Role The Manager, National (North American) Accounts leads and manages a team of Channel Sales professionals. The role focuses both on strategic development and tactical execution and accountability for monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and demand goals through assigned channel partner(s) leveraging business and channel experience and acumen. Responsibilities • Collaborate with Senior Management on the development of channel sales program strategy including partner enablement and successful execution. • Enable your team to help grow a subset of channel partners and develop systemic discipline to measure and manage results. • Act as conduit for Senior Leadership to channel ecosystem. • Work closely with the Sales Managers to engage the channel community and ensure each segment is able to meet and exceed targets through partner generated activity. • Provide forecasts on partner performance including monthly Deal Reg, Annual Recurring Revenue and Upsell performance. • Work with Channel Operations to implement and manage processes that ensure partner success. Who You Are​ • Expertise in methods to manage channel partners in a technology environment • Knowledge of on-boarding and enablement activities for successful channel partners • Deep knowledge of software/services ecosystems and competitive environments • Familiarity with CRM and forecasting systems • Strong Negotiation skills • Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills​ ​ Minimum Qualifications • 3+ years of sales or channel management experience • Strong track record of success in leading a sales or channel team • Strong track record in driving results through channel ecosystem and partnerships Preferred Qualifications • Bachelor's degree • Proven experience of managing channel partners in a technology environment • Experience in facilitating onboarding and enablement activities for channel partners On-Camera Policy • To support a fair, transparent, and engaging interview experience, candidates interviewing remotely are expected to be on camera during all video interviews. • Being on camera fosters authentic connection, improves communication, and allows for full engagement from both candidates and interviewers. • We understand that technical, bandwidth, or location-related challenges may occasionally prevent video use.
