RequirementsMandatoryMinimum 5-10 years’ experience in an M365 roleStrong Understanding and Working experience in Microsoft and other Key Security Domains: Knowledgeable of M365 Admin Centres, configurations, tools, processes, and operations Manage Microsoft Endpoint Management (Intune / Autopilot etc)Manage Microsoft 365 governance and compliance. Manage Microsoft 365 Defender SuiteM365 environments and technologies (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams etc.) Hybrid Environments using Microsoft 365 ServicesUnderstanding of Microsoft 365 lighthouse / Partner CentreDesiredPrevious experience within a Managed Services Provider (MSP)Microsoft development experience with GRAPH, PowerShell scripting, GitHub, Power AppsImplement Microsoft/Office 365 services. Access & Privilege Cloud PlatformsModern Work management around Apple support services. Wintel experience around servers and Active directory servicesQUALIFICATIONS:ITIL certification Appropriate Tertiary qualifications and/or IT Industry Certifications with “Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert” as mandatory or have one of the following prerequisites:Endpoint Administrator AssociateTeams Administrator AssociateIdentify and Access Administrator AssociateSecurity Operations Associate Information Protection and Compliance Administrator AssociateAny other valid Microsoft certificate is desiredRESPONSIBILITIES:The primary role of the M365 System Engineer is to deliver exceptional customer service while managing and maintaining our customer environments. As a M365 System Engineer this role requires a good range of technical capabilities in line with technologies we manage for our customers as well as the ability to troubleshoot issues. Other core responsibilities include:Provide 2nd & 3rd level technical infrastructure support or higher within our agreed SLA agreements. Adhere to Incident, Security, Problem and Change Management processes as per bA/customer standards (ITIL Framework)Create and maintain technical documentation for bA customer environmentsProviding escalated support from our neighbouring support teams. Create knowledgebase articles and process documentsTo provide after hours on-call assistance and/or escalation when requiredAssist with the generation and review of customer Monthly 365 / Intune reports.
