The stunning environment inspires reflection, growth, and creativity.Your RoleAs a Data Coach at LJI's school based in South Asia, you will play a dual role in teaching and mentoring. Key responsibilities include: Lead the design and implementation of a comprehensive differentiation strategy to meet diverse student needs. Provide professional development on differentiated instruction and innovative teaching practices. Collaborate with teachers to create and refine instructional plans that address varying learning styles and abilities. Analyze student performance data to identify gaps and inform intervention strategies. Oversee and support the development of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and personalized learning initiatives. Serve as a mentor and instructional coach for teachers implementing differentiation strategies. Research and introduce cutting-edge educational methods to enhance instruction and student engagement. Develop scalable resources and frameworks to support differentiation across future Dream Schools. Contribute to administrative and organizationalQualifications: The qualifications for this position are the following: Mature Christian faith A strong commitment to social justice and advocacy on behalf of vulnerable populations Minimum of a bachelor's degree, preferably in Education and teaching experience Ability to work well in cross-cultural contexts and sensitivity to different cultures; experience working abroad preferred Ability to work well within a group setting and maintain a positive outlook while working within challenging circumstances Are You Ready to Take the Leap?
