We are looking for a dedicated Teletherapist to provide therapy through a secure, HIPAA-compliant teletherapy platform. Sessions typically last between 45 to 60 minutes, and full-time therapists can manage an average caseload of about 30 client sessions per week. We offer part-time opportunities to help you transition to a full-time role if desired. Part-time Teletherapists who can... commit to at least 7 sessions per week are also welcome.
Responsibilities
Conduct virtual therapy sessions in standard 45-60 minute time blocks.
Complete thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
Document progress notes accurately and in a timely manner.
Collaborate with the team to identify effective strategies and techniques to support our clients.
Be an integral part of our supportive and dynamic team environment.
Qualifications
Must hold a valid LCSW, LPC, or LCP license in Virginia, and be eligible for credentialing with major insurance panels. Licenses in multiple states, including Virginia, are encouraged.
Experience working with diverse populations is preferred.
Strong desire to contribute to a growing organization by providing insights and suggestions to enhance client care.
