Lead Generation Specialist — Remote / Global (Full-Time Contractor)

Location: Remote- Global Employment Type: Full-Time Contractor Languages Required: Strong English About the Role Quanta Tech Systems is seeking a disciplined and data-driven Lead Generation Specialist to build predictable inbound and outbound pipelines across multiple markets. The ideal candidate is highly organized, consistent, and able to execute structured outreach systems without needing constant direction. You will focus on identifying qualified prospects, managing contact workflows, and supporting leadership with clean, accurate reporting. This role requires strong research ability, excellent written communication, and a process-oriented mindset. Key Responsibilities Prospecting & Research • Identify and qualify leads across LinkedIn, email, directories, and niche industry platforms • Build targeted prospect lists using predefined criteria • Conduct market research to identify decision-makers and ideal customer profiles • Maintain organized, accurate lead data within internal trackers Outbound Outreach Execution • Execute daily outreach sequences in LinkedIn, email, and other approved channels • Follow predefined scripts and messaging frameworks • Track responses, follow-ups, and conversions • Surface opportunities and blockers in real time Lead Management & Pipeline Optimization • Maintain a clean, updated lead pipeline at all times • Monitor performance of outreach campaigns and suggest improvements • Identify high-performing segments and refine targeting • Support leadership with weekly reporting on activity and outcomes Cross-Functional Coordination • Collaborate with marketing on campaign alignment • Support leadership in preparing outreach lists for partnerships, sales, and collaborations • Provide structured feedback based on conversations and observed market patterns Qualifications • Proven experience in lead generation, outbound outreach, or sales support • Strong research skills and understanding of ICP targeting • Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, or similar tools (preferred) • High level of organization and reliability • Excellent written English and professional communication skills • Ability to work independently with a disciplined daily workflow What We Are Looking For • A structured executor who follows systems consistently • Someone who takes ownership of their pipeline • Strong attention to detail and data cleanliness • Ability to work quickly without sacrificing accuracy • Professional communication skills and responsiveness Work Environment • Remote-first • Clear expectations, defined workflows • Direct interaction with leadership • Opportunity to shape and grow lead-generation systems as the company expands Apply tot his job Apply tot his job Apply tot his job
