Junior Project Management Officer (PMO)

About the position Responsibilities • Assist project managers in project management, account coordination, data compliance requirements, and other administrative tasks. • Work closely with multiple senior project managers on major accounts. • Foster effective teamwork by collaborating within the PMO team and across workstreams. • Demonstrate accuracy, proactivity, and multitasking capabilities. • Communicate effectively with colleagues and/or clients. • Oversee, manage, and monitor project resource and time tracking processes. • Develop and manage dashboards and reports about project status, progress, risks. • Standardize and improve project follow-up tools and processes. • Manage risks and issues effectively and support the change control process. • Prepare multi-project reports and ensure data quality. • Support the program manager. Requirements • Master's degree in Finance, Management, Communication, Commercial Engineering, (Applied) Economics, or equivalent. • 1-2 years of relevant experience in project coordination is a plus but not required. • Strong knowledge of MS Office tools. • Fluent in English and Dutch. • Result-oriented with a high level of commitment. • Pragmatic, self-driven, and enthusiastic with excellent multitasking abilities. • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
