Junior IT Engineer and Helpdesk Specialist - Administrator

The Junior IT Engineer and Helpdesk Specialist - Administrator will assist in maintaining the KMS network and provide end-user support, including user creation and hardware provisioning. Responsibilities Experience administering & troubleshooting an O365 pure-cloud environment including but not limited to Azure AD, Microsoft Intune, Exchange Online, OneDrive, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and Outlook Experience administering Microsoft Sentinel Threat Analysis Experience administering Threatlocker Experience with Microsoft Intune MDM Experience with End User IT Support in a Microsoft-focused environment Experience with basic virtualization, Windows System Administration, and general Network Administration Knowledge of OS and application patching General understanding of Cybersecurity concepts and best practices Ability to perform end-to-end troubleshooting of issues, where an issue may lie anywhere between the end user and what the end-user is interacting with Desire to learn and integrate into a team environment Skills Experience administering & troubleshooting an O365 pure-cloud environment including but not limited to Azure AD, Microsoft Intune, Exchange Online, OneDrive, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and Outlook Experience administering Microsoft Sentinel Threat Analysis Experience administering Threatlocker Experience with Microsoft Intune MDM Experience with End User IT Support in a Microsoft-focused environment Experience with basic virtualization, Windows System Administration, and general Network Administration Knowledge of OS and application patching General understanding of Cybersecurity concepts and best practices Ability to perform end-to-end troubleshooting of issues, where an issue may lie anywhere between the end user and what the end-user is interacting with Desire to learn and integrate into a team environment No clearance required.
