Independent Attorney – On-Demand Legal Access (Traffic Stops & Police Encounters)

Overview Genius Law is an established legal technology company with a nationwide network of independently practicing attorneys across multiple practice areas. We are expanding our platform to include a mobile application that connects users with real-time legal guidance during police encounters, including traffic stops. We are seeking independently practicing attorneys interested in participating in this expansion by providing brief, on-demand legal consultations through the app when users request immediate access to counsel. Role Overview Attorneys in the network make themselves available for limited-scope, real-time consultations conducted via phone or video. Availability is controlled by the attorney, and interactions are initiated by users through the application. Engagements are short in duration and focused on immediate legal guidance during active encounters. Ideal Fit • Licensed attorney in good standing • Solo practitioner or attorney authorized to accept matters independently • Experience in criminal defense, DUI, traffic, or civil rights preferred • Comfortable providing time-sensitive legal guidance • Maintains own malpractice insurance Key Details • Independent practice required • No minimum hours or exclusivity • Attorneys control availability • Compensation provided per completed connection • No marketing, intake, or administrative responsibilities To Express Interest Please include jurisdictions licensed, practice focus, and confirmation of independent practice.
