As an In-Flight Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our passengers have a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable flying experience. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting passengers with inquiries, and supporting the cabin crew during flights. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will help maintain Delta Airlines’ reputation for outstanding service.
Responsibilities
– Assist passengers with questions and concerns during flights.
– Provide support to the cabin crew to ensure smooth operations.
– Monitor in-flight services and report any issues to the appropriate personnel.
– Maintain a high level of customer service throughout the flight.
– Facilitate communication between passengers and the flight crew.
– Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols.
Requirements
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
– Problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
– Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
– Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and assist passengers with mobility issues.
Educational Qualifications
– High school diploma or equivalent required.
– Associate’s degree in Hospitality, Travel, or a related field is a plus.
Experience
– Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferred but not mandatory.
– Experience in the airline industry or similar environment is a plus.
