Job Description
As an In-Flight Service Representative for Delta Airlines, you will be at the forefront of providing exceptional service to our passengers. You will ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience on board while upholding Deltas high standards of service and safety. Your role will involve assisting passengers, serving refreshments, and addressing any inquiries or concerns during the flight.
Responsibilities

– Serve food and beverages while adhering to safety protocols.
– Assist passengers with any inquiries or issues in a friendly and professional manner.
– Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the cabin before, during, and after flights.

Requirements
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations calmly.
– Must be able to lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
– Flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
– Must be at least 18 years of age.
Educational Qualifications
– High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
– Certification in Customer Service or Hospitality is a plus.
Experience
– Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory.
