About Apperio Apperio, a recently acquired PERSUIT company, is a legal technology platform that enables in-house legal teams and their law firms to collaborate with transparency and efficiency. As part of the PERSUIT family, Apperio is entering an exciting phase of growth and innovation. The Role We are looking for an experienced and driven Implementation Manager to join our Delivery team. You will lead the onboarding of enterprise clients to the Apperio platform, engaging senior legal and operations stakeholders to ensure a smooth, successful, and timely implementation. You’ll also help refine our onboarding strategy and processes as we scale. Key Responsibilities Own and manage onboarding of 6–12 client organizations at various stages of implementation Lead kickoff calls, data integration sessions, and executive briefings Serve as a strategic partner to clients, providing clear communication and building trust Escalate roadblocks, troubleshoot technical issues, and collaborate cross-functionally Define and improve onboarding playbooks, documentation, and processes Mentor junior team members and contribute to the broader Delivery strategy Requirements What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree required 5+ years of experience in client-facing roles, ideally in SaaS, legal operations, or consulting Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple implementations Executive presence and ability to communicate with senior stakeholders Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA, Trello, and BI platforms Strategic thinking and a bias toward action Must be authorized to work in the US Remote (US) or on-site in NYC Why This Role?
