Position Overview As a Mail Processing Operator, you will be responsible for receiving, sorting, and distributing mail and packages according to federal regulations and guidelines. You will also provide top-tier assistance to customers with their mailing needs and efficiently resolve any problems they may experience. In addition, you will execute various administrative tasks to bolster the functionality of USPS services and aid individuals in acquiring postage stamps and miscellaneous mailing provisions for their mailing obligations.
