Job Summary As part of Team Alorica, you'll help our clients by addressing their customers' concerns, providing support, and resolving issues. Responsibilities • Assist customers with issues and concerns they are experiencing during the use of the product and/or service • Document call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes • Maintain and update customer information as necessary • Upsell current customers on new or enhanced services Responsibilities KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES • Talks to customers over the phone, email, online chat or social media to resolve their questions or concerns • Maintains and updates customer information as necessary • Calmly attempts to resolve and de-escalate any issues • Escalates calls to supervisor when necessary and appropriate • Responds to requests for assistance and/or possible processing of credit card authorizations • Tracks call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes • Provides feedback reports on call issues related to downtime and/or training issues • Upsells to customers as necessary Qualifications Qualifications • High school diploma or GED • Customer service experience is a plus • Strong computer navigational skills • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Exceptional listening/comprehension skills • Professional and courteous • Customer oriented Work Environment • Regular work performed in a climate-controlled, call-center environment • Ongoing usage of phone and computer systems Physical Demands • Constant sedentary work Next Steps • Place an application • Complete your online assessment • Our team will review your application • If selected to move forward, our team will follow up directly DISCLAIMER: The above information on this description has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work performed by employees in this classification.
