HubSpot CRM & Sales Operations Specialist (Fast Implementation, Daily Call Tracking, Training Video)

We are an AI SaaS company scaling an outbound SDR team and we are fully standardized on HubSpot. We are looking for a high-execution HubSpot Sales Operations specialist who can move fast and deliver clean, high-quality work. Speed matters. Quality matters. We want this implemented as quickly as possible, without cutting corners. In addition to building the system, you will also create a short, easy-to-understand HubSpot training video that explains how SDRs and managers should use the CRM, dialer, and full workflow. What You Will Do - Audit and clean up our existing HubSpot CRM - Configure SDR pipelines, lead stages, and lifecycle statuses - Set up HubSpot calling and dialer tracking - Ensure every inbound and outbound call is automatically logged - Configure daily call tracking per SDR - Ensure managers can clearly see how many calls each SDR makes per day - Provide visibility into talk time, connection rates, and call outcomes - Ensure call dispositions and call recordings are accessible inside HubSpot - Build SDR performance tracking including daily and weekly call volume, meetings booked, show-up rate, and SDR-sourced pipeline - Create HubSpot dashboards for individual SDR scorecards, team performance, AE visibility into SDR-sourced deals, and sales manager oversight - Set up workflows, permissions, and required fields to keep data clean and consistent - Create a short HubSpot training video explaining CRM usage, HubSpot dialer usage, activity logging requirements, manager review workflows, and the full SDR-to-AE process - Provide light documentation to support the training video you will create for our new sales reps - All documents must be typed in a 6th grade reading level - Create an easy to understand video that walks our new saless reps through how to use every tool in hubspot, preferably if you can show them in the video what their day to day workflow will look like!! (this is really important) Required Experience - Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot Sales Hub - Proven experience tracking daily calls per rep inside HubSpot - Experience with HubSpot calling, call recordings, and reporting - Clear understanding of outbound SDR workflows - Ability to move fast and own the project end to end without hand holding Nice to Have - Experience supporting SDR teams of 10 to 30 reps - Experience creating short onboarding or training videos - SaaS or AI company experience Deliverables - Clean and organized HubSpot CRM - Fully configured SDR pipelines and lifecycle stages - Daily call tracking per SDR visible to managers - Call recordings accessible inside HubSpot - SDR KPI dashboards and reports - Short, easy-to-understand HubSpot training video - Brief supporting documentation Timeline This is a high-priority project.
