Seeking a Senior Chief of Staff / Fractional COO to Manage and Execute Multiple Projects for a High-Performance Founder** Description:** I am looking for a **Senior Chief of Staff / Fractional COO** to become my operational partner and help me structure, manage, and drive execution across **different major projects** currently in development. I am a high-energy founder with a strong strategic and creative mindset. I generate ideas and directions quickly, but I need a professional who can **translate my vision into clear systems, timelines, action steps, and deliverables**, coordinating freelancers and ensuring projects move forward without friction. This is **not** a basic project-management role. I need someone who can think with me, anticipate needs, reduce decision fatigue, and keep multiple projects aligned, organized, and progressing. The visionary goal is to be my project manager. --- ### **Your responsibilities:** • I need someone sincere and to which I can put trust 'Structure each project into actionable phases, tasks, and milestones • Build timelines, dashboards, and weekly execution plans • Coordinate with freelancers (designers, developers, suppliers, etc.) • Manage communication, deadlines, documentation, and progress tracking • Prepare summaries for me with only the essential decisions I need to make • Maintain clarity, alignment, and momentum across all projects • Help reduce operational stress by creating systems I can rely on • Act as a strategic operational partner, not just a task manager --- ### **You are:** • A senior-level operator (Chief of Staff, COO, Executive PM, or similar) • Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented • Comfortable managing many moving pieces at once • Capable of understanding a founder’s vision quickly and operationalizing it • Strong communicator who knows how to keep things simple, clear, and structured • Experienced with startups, creative projects, and multi-domain environments • Someone who brings calm, clarity, and order --- ### **Type of projects you will manage:** • (I’ll share full details after hiring, but examples include)* • A clothing brand launch • A future tech/app project (already created and advanced) A agent correlate part of the same project • A creative media/podcast project • I am writing Multiple book at the same time so I need a management on that as well and hopefully the advanvcement to the pubblication with a big name --- ### **What I need from you :** FIRST OF ALL to understand and accept that I’m extremely creative and flow-driven, which means I don’t naturally assign a clear weight or structure to the activities I start. I need someone who can take my sparks and raw creativity and convert them into organized tasks and actionable projects you can manage, while I provide the direction. In short, I need you to bring clarity and calm into the natural chaos of my mind. • Build a clean operational structure for all projects • Create a weekly execution system • Take over coordination and follow-ups • Reduce my operational load so I can focus on strategy and creation --- ### **Ideal availability:** 5–10 hours/month to start, with potential long-term collaboration. --- ### **To apply, please answer:** 1.
