– Assist customers with booking, changing, and cancelling reservations
– Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional, empathetic manner
– Record and manage customer information and interactions in our CRM system
– Stay updated on Delta Airlines policies, procedures, and promotions
– Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues

Educational Qualifications:
