Job Summary:As the Head of Data, you will be responsible for developing and executing the company’s data strategy. You will lead a team of data professionals, oversee data governance, analytics, and engineering, and work cross-functionally to embed data-driven decision-making within the organization. You will play a key role in ensuring data integrity, scalability, and innovation while driving business growth and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement a comprehensive data strategy aligned with business objectives. Lead and manage 4+ data teams. Oversee data architecture, governance, security, and compliance to ensure data quality and regulatory adherence. Drive the adoption of data-driven decision-making across all departments. Develop and maintain data infrastructure, including data warehouses, and pipelines. Implement machine learning and AI-driven solutions to enhance product feature and improve business performance. Collaborate with executive leadership to define key metrics, analytics priorities, and reporting frameworks. Identify opportunities to monetize data and generate business insights. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data management and analytics. Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.8+ years of experience in data management, analytics, or engineering, with at least 3 years in a tech leadership role. Strong knowledge of data engineering architecture, data modeling, data governance, and big data technologies. Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.). Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure. Understanding of machine learning, AI, and predictive analytics. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to translate complex data insights into business strategies. English level B2+Knowledge in cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology is considered a plus!
