Join our team in the heart of Old San Juan and be part of a welcoming and professional work environment! Responsibilities Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out. Manage online and phone reservations. Respond to guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally. Provide local recommendations and arrange transportation when needed. Perform other duties as assigned related to the front desk role. Requirements Must be 21 years or older. Fully bilingual (Spanish/English). Available to work 2-4 shifts/ week. Hours and days are flexible. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Proficiency in using computer and reservation systems. Strong judgment, ability to work under pressure, and as part of a team. Immediate availability to start. Prior experience as a receptionist or in customer service is preferred.
