Key Responsibilities • Design and develop seasonal fashion collections, including apparel, accessories, and footwear. • Research and analyze fashion trends, fabrics, colors, and patterns to inspire new designs. • Create detailed sketches, technical drawings, and digital renderings using design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, CLO 3D). • Collaborate with the production team to ensure designs are feasible, cost-effective, and aligned with brand standards. • Revise and refine designs based on feedback from the creative director or clients. • Maintain an organized design portfolio showcasing original concepts and completed projects. • Stay updated with global fashion trends and competitor collections to ensure innovation and relevance. Required Skills and Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Apparel Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience). • Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, originality, and technical design skills. • Proficiency in fashion design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CLO 3D, or similar). • Excellent knowledge of fabrics, textures, and garment construction techniques. • Strong understanding of fashion trends, consumer behavior, and the global fashion market. • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. • Ability to take feedback constructively and iterate designs quickly. Experience • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a Fashion Designer, preferably in freelance or remote projects. • Experience in designing for diverse markets and producing designs for online retail or e-commerce platforms is a plus. Working Hours • Flexible, remote schedule. • Ability to meet project deadlines and coordinate with team members across different time zones.
