Responsibilities Support approvers in the analysis of credit files Inbound/outbound calls to complete customer files Responding to customer calls and emails Data entry of customer files Credit adjudication (training provided) Providing superior professional service to valued clients Skills Fluent in both English and French – proficiency assessment will be required Great Customer service experience Excellent communication and problem solving skills, quick thinker Positive individual with very good attention to detail Must be able to work independently, as well as in a team environment Punctual, professional and reliable Benefits Comprehensive benefits package, including fully paid extended health care.
