How You'll Help Us Keep Climbing (Overview & Key Responsibilities) Delta Professional Services (DPS), a wholly owned subsidiary of Delta Air Lines, is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Flight Operations Support Planner to provide key logistical support for DPS clients external to Delta Air Lines. This part-time position plays a critical role in coordinating simulator training events, ensuring compliance with FAA regulations and client-specific requirements, and maintaining accurate training records. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with a solid understanding of flight operations and scheduling systems. Liaise with Delta Flight Operations Planning Team to ensure simulator availability aligns with training needs.Communicate simulator availability and assignments with external partners.Collaborate with Program Managers to develop class schedules based on simulator and instructor availability.Utilize Delta’s scheduling tools to accurately document training events.Resolve scheduling conflicts and implement last-minute changes as needed.Notify and schedule pilot instructors for assigned training sessions.Coordinate and assign simulator training events for client students.
