Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, efficiency, and service standards of our flight operations. You will work closely with the flight crew and ground operations staff to facilitate seamless operations, uphold Delta’s commitment to customer satisfaction, and maintain regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
– Coordinate with flight crew to ensure timely departures and arrivals.
– Monitor and maintain compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
– Assist in training new flight crew members on operational procedures and safety protocols.
– Communicate effectively with ground staff to manage passenger boarding and logistics.
– Facilitate problem-solving during flight operations, addressing any issues that may arise.
– Maintain accurate records and documentation related to flight operations.
– Participate in safety meetings and ongoing training sessions.
Requirements
– Valid FAA Flight Attendant Certificate or equivalent certification.
– Strong communication and teamwork skills.
– Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism.
– Flexibility to work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays.
– Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

Educational Qualifications
