Job Summary We're seeking an experienced Virtual Receptionist and Data Entry Clerk to provide administrative support to our National Services and divisional offices. As a full-time remote employee, you'll be responsible for managing mail and internal correspondences, maintaining office supplies, and providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities Maintains full knowledge of IT department structure, knowing which leaders oversee each team. Sorts, scans, and distributes mail and internal correspondences throughout the blithequark campus and satellite locations. Manages postage, mail accounts, and incoming and outgoing mail. Ensures office supplies and all common areas are stocked, clean, and organized. Sets up IT meetings and removes setup once the meeting convenes. Creates and replaces ID badges for IT employees. Supports coverage of the reception desk, including answering phones, directing visitors, issuing and deactivating employee and visitor badges. Performs all assigned tasks accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with applicable policies and procedures. Complies with blithequark privacy and security requirements and policies if job responsibilities include possible access to confidential and/or sensitive information. Other duties as assigned. Education and Experience High School Diploma / GED required. Or, a combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge. Physical Requirements Work is performed in a remote office environment where a computer, telephone, and other office equipment are used as needed to perform duties. Regularly required to sit, reach, grasp, stand, and move from one area to another. Constantly and repeatedly use keyboard/mouse. Occasionally required to push, pull, bend, lift, and move up to 25 lbs.
