As a Virtual Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through phone and virtual channels, addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and efficient manner. Assist with Account Inquiries: Assist customers with account inquiries, transactions, and navigation of our online services, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and compliance. Collaborate with Team Members: Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental and organizational goals, and stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to better serve our customers. Maintain a Positive and Professional Attitude: Maintain a positive and professional attitude in a remote work environment, and adhere to established policies and procedures. Essential Qualifications Strong Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset. Prior Experience: Prior experience in a customer service role is a plus, but not required. We welcome applications from candidates with diverse backgrounds and experiences. Basic Computer Skills: Basic computer skills and proficiency in using digital tools, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting. Preferred Qualifications Customer Service Experience: Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably in a financial services or related industry. Financial Services Knowledge: Knowledge of financial services, products, and regulations, with the ability to learn and adapt quickly.
