Key Responsibilities Serve as a personal assistant to our clients, handling tasks such as scheduling, event planning, shopping, travel assistance, and more. Interact directly with clients to understand their needs, provide solutions, and ensure their satisfaction. Research options, contact vendors, and make purchases on behalf of clients. Utilize cutting-edge AI tooling, Zendesk, and Google Suite to streamline tasks and enhance client experience. Manage multiple tasks and priorities with exceptional organizational skills. Maintain high standards of service, going above and beyond to meet client needs. Essential Qualifications Experience in hospitality, personal or professional assistant services, or event planning. High school diploma or equivalent. Valid authorization to work in the U. S. Legal age of employment (at least 18 years old). Reliable and robust internet connection. Preferred Qualifications Experience as a Virtual Assistant, C-Level Assistance, or in High-End Retail. Familiarity with AI technology and innovative tools.
