Key Responsibilities Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service and support Handle a broad range of personal tasks on behalf of clients, including making reservations, shopping, event planning, travel assistance, and more Research options, call vendors and businesses, and make purchases on behalf of clients Utilize cutting-edge AI tooling, Zendesk, and Google Suite to efficiently manage tasks and client interactions Demonstrate a customer-obsessed approach, ensuring high standards are met and exceeded when required Manage competing priorities, structuring and prioritizing workload effectively to meet client needs Collaborate with the team to drive business success and contribute to the development of the company's mission Essential Qualifications Experience in hospitality, personal or professional assistant services, or event planning High school diploma or equivalent Valid authorization to work in the U. S.
