Key Responsibilities Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide to resolve routine problems and questions regarding client products and services. Resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products, utilizing your problem-solving skills and technical knowledge. Track, document, and retrieve information in databases to ensure accurate and efficient customer support. Maintain broad knowledge of client products and services, including smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearables, with familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology. Offer additional products and services to customers, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell. Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile, ensuring that every interaction is positive, professional, and respectful. Your Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong focus on building customer relationships, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service. Other essential qualifications include: 1+ year of customer service experience, with technical support experience preferred. A high school diploma or GED, with a strong foundation in computer navigation and PC knowledge. A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home, with high-speed internet and a smartphone. Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to changing situations. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to ask probing questions to resolve complex issues. Eagerness to learn new technologies and stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the industry. Preferred Qualifications Technical support experience, with a strong understanding of hardware, software, and client products. Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology.
