Key Responsibilities As a Recruiting Coordinator, your primary responsibilities will include: Providing high-level administrative and operational support to manage day-to-day operations of hiring efforts for recruiting Coordinating with hiring managers to ensure seamless recruitment processes Utilizing intermediate level skills with MS Office, SharePoint, Excel, Teams, and Outlook to manage data and track recruitment metrics Delivering exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to work independently and manage one's time effectively Maintaining confidentiality and organization, with strong analytical skills for tracking and interpreting data Empowering self and others, with a strong ability to remain flexible in response to changing priorities and time-sensitive situations Collaborating with various teams to provide extensive experience in large batch hiring support Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: 8 years of experience in recruiting/coordinating with hiring managers 6 years of experience providing administrative support for various stakeholders in an enterprise company Intermediate level skills with MS Office, SharePoint, Excel, Teams, and Outlook, with 8 years of experience Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent multi-tasking and customer service skills Ability to work independently, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to keep information organized and confidential Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Previous experience working in a remote or virtual environment Experience with recruitment software and systems Knowledge of diversity, equity, and inclusion principles and practices Certification in recruitment or human resources, such as SHRM or HRCI Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Communication skills: excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders Organizational skills: strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously Analytical skills: strong analytical skills, with the ability to track and interpret data Technical skills: intermediate level skills with MS Office, SharePoint, Excel, Teams, and Outlook Customer service skills: excellent customer service skills, with the ability to provide exceptional support to hiring managers and candidates Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Aston Carter, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
